Shipping Policy
This shipping policy applies to orders delivered within the United Kingdom only.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, fulfilled Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM (GMT +1) will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times
Standard tracked delivery to the United Kingdom typically takes 6–10 business days after dispatch (Monday–Friday). Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on demand and carrier performance.

Total delivery time:
Processing time (1–3 business days) + transit time (6–10 business days)

All orders are delivered directly to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.

Shipping Costs
Delivery is free on all UK orders.

Fulfilment Location
Orders are managed by Brasa e-com, based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Orders are fulfilled through our international logistics partners.

Courier & Delivery Service
Orders are shipped using tracked international courier services.
The specific carrier may vary depending on the destination and logistics availability.

Taxes & Duties
Any charges such as customs duties, import duties are responsibility of the consumer.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information becomes active once the parcel has been scanned by the carrier.
You can check the status of your order at any time via our tracking page: Track Your Order.

If tracking information does not update immediately, please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier system to refresh.

Delivery Issues & Missing Items
If your order is delayed, please allow an additional 3 business days beyond the estimated delivery timeframe before contacting us.

If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, or if any items are missing from your parcel, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@claralondon.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Cancellations
Cancellations may be requested before your order has been processed or dispatched by emailing info@claralondon.com.
Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellations are no longer possible. This does not affect your statutory right to cancel and return an order within 14 days of delivery under UK consumer law. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Failed Delivery or Address Errors
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or because the delivery was unclaimed, we may deduct reasonable shipping and return costs from any refund, in accordance with applicable consumer law. This does not affect your statutory rights where a delivery fails due to carrier error. Re-shipping after a failed delivery caused by address issues is available at the customer’s expense.
